At Budryla, we understand that skincare is personal and that every product you choose becomes part of your daily routine. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are committed to providing a clear and supportive return process.

1. Our 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unopened.

  • Any original safety seal must remain intact.

  • The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received.

  • Proof of purchase or a valid order number is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot normally be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and its packaging. Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, Budryla will arrange a replacement or full refund for the affected item and cover any applicable return or replacement shipping costs.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email service@budryla.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Receive Authorization: Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions. Please do not send products back without prior authorization.

  3. Pack the Product Securely: Place the approved item in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Inspection and Refund: Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

  5. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

4. Natural Product and Packaging Variations

Minor differences in color, texture, or scent may occur between production batches because of the characteristics of certain cosmetic ingredients. Product packaging may also be updated from time to time. These minor variations are not considered defects when they do not affect the product’s quality or intended use.

If you notice significant separation, an unusual odor, a broken safety seal, or any other concern, please contact us before using the product.
