  • Note: During weekends or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer as we ensure our logistics partners handle your package with the utmost care.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-12 business days.

  • Real-Time Tracking: Within 24 hours of dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your new kitchen companion every step of the way.

  • Complimentary Shipping: We encourage you to build your dream kitchen collection. Orders over $49 (or your specified threshold) qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Flat Rate: For orders below the threshold, a modest flat-rate fee is applied to cover basic logistics costs.

Budryla is inspired by global culinary traditions, and we ship to most regions worldwide. Please be advised that international shipments may be subject to local customs duties or taxes; these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Protection Against Loss or Damage

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, or if it arrives damaged: Please contact us immediately at service@budryla.com. We will initiate a priority investigation and arrange for a replacement or compensation. A premium brand promise means we never let your expectations go unfulfilled.
