If a product fails to meet your expectations or arrives with any imperfections from its journey to you, our "Concierge Service Team" is here to make it right. We aren't just looking to complete a transaction; we want to ensure that every budryla piece in your kitchen brings you genuine joy.


1. 30-Day Tasting Period

We offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Condition: To ensure a smooth process, we ask that items remain unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • Exceptions: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. We will take full responsibility and cover all associated costs.

2. How to Initiate a Return

No complex forms required—just two simple steps:

  1. Email us at service@budryla.com with a brief note regarding your return (attaching a photo is greatly appreciated as it helps us improve).

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and the address of the nearest logistics warehouse within 24 hours.

3. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. While bank processing times may vary, we will keep you updated via email every step of the way.

4. Important Notes

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used in water or damaged through personal use (non-manufacturing defects) may not be eligible for a full refund.
